I am always keeping an eye out for healthy, clean, and Whole30 inspired dinner ideas. One of my favorite accounts to follow on Instagram is The Real Food Dietitians; Jessica and Stacie are amazing and I love their take on food. I want to eat up everything they create!
Last week they posted a recipe for Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sweet Potatoes, and I knew immediately I had to give them a try. I crave anything spicy, this recipe did not disappoint and they were easy to make. I love cooking chicken in the crockpot for all kinds of recipes because after 4-6 hours it is so moist and easy to shred.

I also made a Whole30 ranch dressing from Whole Sisters to serve with this delicious dish. This is the best recipe I have ever come across for a clean ranch dressing. It is nice to have around to drizzle on carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, or any other veggies and salads.

I ended up making extra Buffalo Chicken so I would have some for salads for the week. Think romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, chopped tomato, avocado, and then topped with the Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Dressing; I am drooling and can’t wait to eat lunch this week!
I hope you like this Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sweet Potato recipe; it is sure a new favorite here at my house!
