Sugar & Spice Cookies

Sugar & Spice Cookies

How can we be just over a week away from Christmas? This month has flown by! I organized myself this morning and planned out the cookies that are to be made. First up, my Grandmother’s Sugar & Spice Cookies.

I remember my Grandmother making these at the holidays, and they were one of my favorites. I had never made them myself so I thought is was high time to try them out and introduce them to my girls.
These Sugar & Spice Cookies are very easy to make. After the batter is made roll them into walnut size balls and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
My Grandma’s recipe said to roll them in sugar while they are still warm from the oven, but I opted to sprinkle sugar on top instead.
Delicious! Just how I remember them. My girls are going to love them, and since my 13 year old is having friends over today I am sure they will disappear quickly. I will definately need to make another batch for our Christmas Eve party!
Try these cookies out and let me know how you like them!
Enjoy!
